One thing I loved about Bermuda was that I was able to step on a cruise ship in New York City and wake up the next day on this beautiful island, all without going through an airport. It’s another great destination if you love romantic beach getaways and it’s even more special with its pink sand beaches, limestone cliffs and lovely people. Also, most stores and restaurants in this British island territory will accept either the US dollar or the Bermuda dollar. Visitors are not allowed to rent cars but you can get around easily through public transportation, taxis, bike or moped.
